When linking to Smilies located on other site, please ensure you have the permission of the host site that you are getting the smiley from.. 10-Tenths has a very large user base and you could be causing difficulty for the site your smiley is hosted on if they do not offer linking as a service.

This is particularly relevant if you are linking to a smiley located on a different forum. There are many sites that specialise in smilies, offer linking and actively encourage it. Please stick to them. Should we be contacted by a site with a complaint, we will remove the post and posting privileges may be at risk if this rule is broken.
