The BMW driver has been told that the 51 and the 6 will need to stop twice while they will need to stop once. I don't think that's true. The 51 and the 6 will try and stretch the fuel mileage. That's the only reason they would have stayed out.

Either way the 51 and 6 need an entire tank at the last stop while the others need just half. That's a major gain, best chance for Bimmer to win.

The 51 Ferrari has been doing 61 minute stints. The 6 Porsche has been doing 59 minute stints. They are currently at half tanks. They should be able to get to the end with only 1 more stop.

Yes but the 51 and the 6 will have a considerable pace advantage due to the fuel weight difference on this restart. They should be able to make up a bunch of laptime in clear air.
