My Backyard track design V2.0
Hey y'all!
Long time dreamer/contributor here. I couldn't get any of my track designs built on a large scale, but... I bought a property where I could definitely exercise my creativity, and I put together a little bit of a flat track circuit. It's got a lot of mojo! I use it for mini bikes, pit bikes and karts. Basically I have my morning coffee, check my emails and if all is quiet I go out, put 20 laps together and feels like a great workout!! At 59 I must keep my reflexes sharp, or as best as I can. Already had some kids on pit bikes giving me a hard time on my own track! I think it has a little bit of Sachsenring :P Heres the author riding on a custome made kart that I built myself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e9qdyHpXWZo |

Where are your seatbelts? Your kart has got a roll cage but no seatbelts. Looking at it makes me a bit worried about your safety.
If I were anywhere near the area, I would have liked to try out this nice little track with a mountain bike. |
