Openwheel should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
What the hell is that ?

Bourdais not only captured the Jim Trueman Rookie of the Year Trophy, but also took home the Greg Moore Legacy Award as well as the Bridgestone Grip on the Season Award.

I knew the first one, but what are those two others awards ?

The Greg Moore Legacy Award (which I can't imagine how he won) is given to the driver who exemplifies best what Greg meant to Champ Cars. The other one I have no idea about.

The bridgestone grip on the Season award is when they add up all the fast laps in the season and see who has the most, so its sortoff like a pole award for the whole year.

Well I definitely can see how he was the fastest out there. Rookie errors are probably the only thing that kept him out of contention. Good for him. Look forward to seeing him race next season.
