Just about all the names on there have had some influence in Aussie Motorsport...
Matt Neal almost wrecked both Skaife and Tanders championships in one corner in 2000! Good to see Plato doing well, hope he keeps that pace when he drives 05 at the mountain. |

He wrecked Seton/Crompton's race let alone Tander's championship. Skaife ended up alright and got through.

Goes to show that 888 do have good drivers this year & there lack of performance/results can not do put down to driver & that Lowndes is not going to fix nothing unless 888 can fix the car first!!!
Well done RAT!! Last edited by Joe5619; 27 Sep 2004 at 01:56. |

In The Advertiser on Saturday here in Adelaide there was an article suggesting he would be driving in the Carrera Cup next year. When asked, he said he would drive a Porsche if he didn't get a V8 drive - which would be unlikely IMHO. I thought he was a walk-up start for FPR next year.

Good work to the Rat. Shows that the V8s really are a very competitive series on an international level.

Same can be said for Lowndes and Seton, 26th and 21st? Both teams seem to be full of promises, but not much more... |

Maybe Mr Radisich will bring some more European investors down here, so they can sign him for a year, then shaft him again...

Forgot about that one. Says something about the whole deal, If that's what they do in public, what happens behind closed doors? |

Your immense knowledge about what goes on behind the scenes is only matched by your ability to tell us half a story and keep us guessing. What happened with Radisich and European investors? |

Yeah, what is the deal with this "closed door" stuff...
I went to Donington this past weekend (all the way from the U.S.) and saw the BTCC. I met Paul Radisich too, and all I can say is he is an EXTREMELY nice guy. All the stuff that's said about him being amiable, friendly, etc. is true - he was really friendly and even introduced me to Gabriele Tarquini. I think he deserves success wherever he goes, he's always raced well but had bad luck. |
