Forum Hosts
As an idea, are there any plans for the forum hosts to have any sort of identity attached to them to show they're forum hosts, as the race officials do with the little sign or whatever you want to call it?

Just think it will be easier to identify them as at the moment there's just the "hot topics" and the list on the main forums page, which has their names so wasn't sure if it was an idea which has been floated already or not but then you will be able to see who they are on each thread / post etc too.

Good idea, and one that we'll keep in mind. There's a very interesting development for Ten-Tenths that's keeping us rather busy at the moment, all will be revealed shortly though.....

To keep the national IQ higher, we prevent links in the signatures. Its clearly in the notice, but that doesn't stop some people moaning about it..

That's the easy part, shutdown MySQL server and copy the binary files, all the TT tables are MyISAM so there's no waiting for export/import. With SAS drives it's also pretty nippy, especially if I take the backup to a different drive.
