Car Porn!! :d
YEAH, BABY!!! LET'S GET UP ON THIS!!
Oh yes, it's back. Relaunched. Rebranded. New. Fresh. Car Porn. Post the pics. Sit back. Drool. It's OK, post what YOU LIKE. I know I've been rowing about the pros and cons of muscle cars, but if you feel the urge to post a particularly ugly Mustang, or one of these stupid Holdens... THAT'S COOL. POST THEM!! See?? This thread is for YOU. Take it how you want. This IS art. Art is challenging and open to interpretation. Different cars mean different things to different people at different times. So. Post up your pics!! I'll start again. If you want to see my previous starter-for-ten, check the old thread, but for this number I'm going for.... The Mercedes 300 SLR |

I think it's a Torana wagon. I've never seen one before. Must have been a big seller.

Wrex, how scary is this - I live in England, and even I've seen a Holden Torana wagon!!
The one I saw was grey, so they must have built at least two.... |

Tim, please don't frighten me with the thought that somewhere out there, there might just be one of those things running round on our roads.

They were built from 72 to 78 by Daewoo and badged as a Chevrolet 1700.

Boy those Deawoo people sure know how to screw up car design don't they? |

Look carefully at the flanks of the car - hints of 1967-1972 Vauxhall Viva HB-series..... I'd suspect that underneath everything, it's got a lot in common with the Viva and with the equivalent Opel Ascona too, which was also sold in the UK. |

Tim it is Holden Torana based which was derived from the viva. We were lucky that GM didn't inflict it on Australia but chose to make it in Korea. But we did get this.
