why do most cars sit on rain or intermediates?
Any idea why most cars sit on rain or intermediate tires whilst being fanagled in the paddock area?
Is this due to how soft the slicks are and would flatspot easy? example @ Mt. Tremblant this year: |

Not flat spot but slicks are much more easily punctured. They also keep the slicks clean of rolling through the gunk in the pits or garages.
