CASCAR finally released their schedule today.
May 20, 21 - Barrie Speedway - Ontario June 10 - Autodrome Ste. Eustache - Quebec June 17, 18 - Mosport Raceway (road) - Ontario July 1, 2 - Barrie Speedway - Ontario July 15, 16 - Sun Valley Speedway - British Columbia July 21, 22, 23 - Grand Prix Edmonton - Alberta August 4, 5, 6 - Grand Prix Trois Rivieres - Quebec August 12 - Mosport Speedway (oval) - Ontario August 25, 26, 27 - To be announced September 2, 3 - Cayuga 2000 Speedway - Ontario September 16, 17 - Ontario Quote:

As with NASCAR last season, I only caught some of CASCAR because I kept forgetting about it as I was not into the habit from the UK.
For some reason I thought it came to Calgary, but I must've imagined that; well, I will try to get to Edmonton (how far is Sun Valley from Calgary?). I will watch all the CASCAR this year. I am planning on being at the road course race at Mosport. Stock Cars are very enertaining when they turn both left and right. It's been a couple of years since I have attended this race and I am looking very much forward to it.

A torrential afternoon practice session in Watkins Glen saw Villeneuve out-qualify everyone. By 11 seconds.Scheckter stated: "I scared myself rigid that day, I thought I had to be quickest. Then I saw Gilles's time and - I still don't really understand how it was possible. Eleven seconds !"

It is definitely good when tracks turn both ways,
 .On that account, I presume that only the Mosport Raceway is non-oval? |

CASCAR will be a support race at the Edmonton Champ Car race this year, and they usually support the toronto event as well.

Ah, I see, well, in that case, I am definitely going to go to Edmonton.
Also, anyone have an idea how far Sun Valley is from Calgary? |
