Both the Alfa 147's are with GR Motorsport - they intend to run Gordon Shedden soon.

The Lexus(s), hmm I've heard one's at VLR's, not sure about other, still with TMSR or maybe GA Racing. Not sure.

Problems with the TMSR Motorsport team is financial because they couldn't find a sponsor and the Lexuses are not factory supported. GR Motorsport was supposed to race at Thruxton a couple of weeks ago, but was pushed back because they needed time to develop more on the 147s.

What good would they be abroad?

They would have to be extensivly modded to run in another series?

I hope they come out something during the season, as the BTCC needs more cars in it.

Lexus said at the beginning of the year, no factory plans at the moment. Hopefully there will be soon.

Would there be any hope of seeing the Lexus out in 03.

Would anyone consider buying the cars to develop ready for the start of 03?

That's what they are saying. They hope to enter the championship late this year and develop the cars for 2003's ETCC

But unfortunately the team is like the curates cat - full of wind and P***!

I doubt we will see then turn a wheel in anything again. If you'd held your breath waiting for two lexus to appear last year, we'd have attended your funeral by September.....

I think eyes bigger than pocket.....

Doubt we will see them now! Surprised that Lexus didn't try a Factory effort this year though! Maybe next year!
