Lowdnes and Ellery will be a tough combination to beat at Bathurst given the car holds up.

As will Richards and Dumbrell.

I hate to say this, but i dont think Stone Brothers will win Bathurst for Ford, i think one of the other teams will beat them to it... (Namely 888, BJR, or even FPV)

As for the Holden Camp, i think the Castrol Boys, and Garry Rogers camp are the only two Holden teams sorted out enough to have a decent run at winning Bathurst in 2005

Given Kelly Racing's obvious talent for setting up for Bathurst, and the combination of two previous winners in Garth Tander and Rick Kelly, I think the lead KRT car would have to be on the first few lines of betting.

If Skaife and Todd Kelly are paired up again they should be up with the front runners. I know Toddler wants a Bathurst badly to show brother that he isn't the only one who can win the race. I also don't believe Ambrose willl win because he will be more interested in conserving points for his championship bid.

I reckon Bathurst is aboout 10 months away. Why don't you ask the question in September?

Don't underestimate Bright and Ritter if their FPR stays operational. I think that could be a very strong combination - particularly as Ritter will have the best part of another year behind him.

Otherwise, throw in the usual suspects and Lowndes and Ellery, and who knows?

This will be a very interesting year with all of the movement that has gone on.

John Bowe and Brad Jones have been knocking on the door for a few years now. After a couple of podiums they are ready for it.

I'd be surprised if Seto didn't jump into the 17 car with Steve for the enduros. I think Ford will have a few competative combinations its just getting all the cards to fall into place.

bathurst is a 'butcher's picnic" - and the winner is usually a well prepared car/team in the right place at the plus 6 hour point where the sprint race race gets very serious. And who have been able to "riskmanage" their effort for the first six hours.

Holden please!

I dont think they are all that far apart... Jr is certainly broad shouldered, but Seto is no slouch in that area... he can use JB's old Dicky seat if it gets too bad

They'll find a way if they have to. Tander and Bargwanna managed.

Johnson & Radisich shared #17 on a few occasions & there was never a problem IIRC.

There are all sorts of technology that has been used like seat inserts for smaller drivers. But then it just comes down to compromise between the two drivers. As Wrighty said if they'll find a way if they have to.
