No V8 calendar this week
MN today reports that the 2007 V8 supercar calendar wont be released as expected this weekend at the Sandown 500 meeting. Cattach says "its not finished". Really! Seems like Sydney is not a done deal, so AVESCO is giving itself the extra time to get it over the line, tho it MUST be finilised by next Friday (8th) apparently.

heard at the weekend at Winton.........Mark Skaife has booked motel room for 1st weekend in July 2007

lthis year the split round in AFL (possible chance to have sunday races) was the two weeks before this, but changes are possible for next year

would be better to have winton where barbagello is meant to be. We were lucky this year with the weather, next year is even more into winter
