FIA WTCR 2018 - Race of Hungary - Hungaroring
Accidentally discovered that Race 1 is scheduled to run at the same time as F1 qualifying. Race 2 as at hte same time as F1 race.
How do they want to attract people to watch their first race on social media? Very poor scheduling of the first 2 rounds including Marrakech. |

At Eurosport they do not care about F1. They care about cycling and pool and that kind of stuff.

That may be true, but they must realise that F1 is still the biggest motorsport draw in many countries and takes away viewers. Anyway, if there are race replays on the internet, it's not such a big deal.

A calendar without clashes is an utopia. There are so many factors to deal with, you can't please them all.

Ok, so unfortunately it wasn't that Marrakech better suited the Hyundais, the gap is quite big to the rest (Honda the only exception).
I'm afraid they'll have to BoP it slightly |

Huge disappointment for Audi, only Vernay saves the car performance but he is 11°
As I said in the past, it seems that the BOP is very light for the start of this season. It should be modified to allow more car to be competitive. Hyundai and Honda are surely the best car, BOP apart Should be a good race though |

To be fair, Audis were struglling here last year in TCR, so not particularly surprised to see this.
BoP was done well except Hyundai, IMO. |

Now, why would Yann Erlacher get a radio message asking him not to go too fast to avoid getting the fastest lap? BoP games.

It's the Audi that is not very good in the twisty tracks. Today also Giovanardi overtook a lot of Audi drivers and he was 12° before a contact put him out unfortunately |

What should i say? Bop is wrong, even in TCR Italy they are 1-2 in quali, only in TCR Germany they are not dominating... because there are no Hyundais...
Come on! Give them +20kg now! |

Btw, why not organise another BoP in the mid-season?
Now manufacturers can test their cars after the BoP in the beginning of the season, so some cars may acutally become stronger than at the beginning of the season |

Seems true. + I like NagyDaniel's performance. It was his first race with the Hyundai, he has +20kg (+ he is a big guy) and he easily can keep the pace of Tarquini. A feel sorry for Tassi Attila. It's clear they (KCMG) cant properlyset that Civic. He was slower then last years TCR race. |

How ridiculous. Red flag the race for rain, then it doesn't rain.
Why are the FIA so afraid of wet racing? Also, how much did Hyundai pay for this BOP? |
