2011 Red Bull Rookies...
Never really took any notice of this "feeder" series in the past until a young Australian, Arthur Sissis took out the race 2 win at Jerez. Went to there website & had a look at some of the names that have come through the series & there are a few of note who are racing 125cc GP this year - Danny Kent (2010 - 2nd), Jakub Kornfeil (2009 champ) , Luis Salom (2008 - 2nd)... Also JD Beach (2008 champ) who ran a close 4th in this years Daytona 200...
2010 champion Jacob Gagne from the USA - not sure what he is doing this year? 2011 RBR Points |

The Red Bull Rookies Cup gets aired live by Red Bulls TV channel Servus TV via Astra 1 satelite at 19.2° east. This is mainly interesting if you are inside central Europe and the UK.
Don't worry, I have only learned that last weekend too Edit: Sorry, I made a mistake above. It ain't live but a one hour highlight show on Sunday evening. Next airtime will be Sunday May, 1st at 19:05 cet from the Estoril races Last edited by Andy77; 5 Apr 2011 at 09:56. |
