What competition for Gumpert Apollo ?
I see on gt-eins.de the car with the Autrian team Renauer-Motorsport livrey
(here) ; I try to contact the team and Gumpert.de but without response. Looking in google I found a table where the Apollo seems, will be homologated for ACO races in 2007; could someone give me further infos ? TNX Last edited by mirkob; 16 Jan 2007 at 07:28. |

The car has no homologation until now but they speak about this since presenting the car.

Following the kerfuffle over the Mosler (see other thread) it's hard to see what category this car might fit into.

Maybe they drive in Sportscarchallenge.at . Supercarchallenge.nl would be possible to I think.

It has currently been banned from Czech endurance when Renauer asked for this. Reason is that the Charouz-CLK´s might come under pressure .
GTP-Endurance & SCC are under discussion for the moment |

Is this looking like a super race car without a home?? Somewhat an MC12 but does not fit ANY race organization rules.
That would be too bad. Or a lesson for the builder. |
