Speed comparisons
OK taking the idea from another thread...
Here are some charts on the relative speed of each team for 2004 and 2005. I have taken the fastest times for both drivers and added them together. Teams are sorted by who was the fastest in 2005. The first chart is for Australia. (each line = 2 seconds) |

So Renault seem to have kept their pace... Ferrari was on the pace at Australia but have lost heaps of time since last year... Maclaren have improved and so have Toyota!! and RBR by a bit as well.

OK looking at Malaysia... Williams, Mclaren, Renaul and Toyota were all on similar Pace... Toyota and RBR improve the most and Ferrari really drop heaps. BAR suffer in these statistics with their engines giving some problems early on!
