YRM - Important Notice!
Yahoo Racing Manager
Whats it all about? YRM is webgame based (loosely) on Formula 1. It is played via 'turns' used each day combined with a budget given out each day (24 turns and $500,000 per day). There are approximately 40,000 players all trying to win the World Championship. After each race all players are put into groups of 22 cars. These groups are based on your points so far and cash in the bank and change after every race. This means you are up against tougher competitors the better you do and keeps the game very difficult. We have also formed a Ten-Tenths League. With Multiple cars from each player we now have over 100 cars! Our world championship is tough indeed as we fight out 2 championships (we call them F1 and F3000) as well as crown a drivers and Constructors championship for both. To date, yours truley is the undefeated world champion for everything so far. But I'm always looking for a challenge. We even have our own hall of fame here : http://au.geocities.com/hallfame1010/fame.html Sounds good, how do I get started? Excellent question. First thing to point out is the game 'feels' a bit complicated when you first begin. As with al these games, throw out logic as it has no place here. We recommend all new players join the first season and just play around and learn the ropes with a championship challenge the following season (a new season starts every 12 weeks). First up - this is the site http://uk.racingmanager.yahoo.net/ But I recommend you just go straight to the last post in this thread (dont bother reading it) and say hello, and ask for help. We have some good players, all of us started knowing zero, and we are happy to help new players. Welcome and Good Luck |

GO for it Gents
The cut-off number for F3000 is 351,381. All numbers lower than that do not qualify for F3000. Apply all race cars to Ten-Tenths YRM League #27,086 Apply all sleeper cars to 20413 |

Wrexxx Racing Team Press Release
Team Manager : Herman Smilie Press Officer : Tiffani Fluff Team Sponsor : TBA F1 Teams Wrexxx F1-06 Ferrari TT - Michael Schumacher Wrexxx F1-06 BMW TT - Mark Webber Wrexxx F1-06 Mercedes TT - Juan Pablo Montoya Wrexxx F1-06 Renault TT - Fernando Alonso We are please to announce the expansion of our double World championship team from 2 to 4 cars. After winning all 6 drivers and Constructors championships to date, it was'nt long before Mercedes and Renault came knocking on the door. Michael will continue to driver the Ferrari powered car that won him the WDC in season 4, while last seasons champions Mark Webber will be powered once again by BMW. Newcomers Montoya and Alonso will join Mercedes and Renault respectively. With a dream team such as this, we will have no excuses for not being a contender for all titles once again. Although we have an unbroken result of championships to date, we are fully aware that BoMoCo and DriverT racing almost had us last season. We wont be resting on our past success. F3000 Teams Wrexxx F3000 Honda TT - Jenson Button Wrexxx F3000 Toyota TT - Olivia Panis Once again we are defending the title, and we must admit to being quiet taken back by the results in the final race. Our main rivel Bomn was religated to 4th position after keeping on our pace all season. It very easily could have been us. Jenson and Honda will lead our team, and Toyota come to WRT with experienced driver Panis. While we are hoping for some serious pace, we are fully aware the fastest car does'nt always win. Applying for rookie Championship : NO |
