Elusive Photos of Jacky Ickx

As some forum members are aware, after the positive response to my first book, "Niki Lauda: His Competition History", for some time now I have been working on a similar book detailing the racing career of Jacky Ickx. The intention is to be as comprehensive as was the Lauda tome.

I have been fortunate to have already received a great deal of support in the undertaking, which is progressing well, but inevitably with the approach of "a photo from every race" to back up the reports, there are a few images that are proving elusive and several more where I would like to have something better than those I have already identified. To this end, can anyone help with photos of Jacky at the following specific events? We will of course provide full accreditation and settle any necessary licensing fees.

If it's easier to discuss off line, please send me a PM and I will let you have my personal email address, which may also be the best medium for sharing images.

If I may make a plea not to send any photos from races not included on the list; as you can imagine, in a career as long as Jacky's there are an awful lot of events he contested and I have trawled through thousands of images across dozens of archives to find these. The ones listed below have evaded me so far, hence me seeking help from this forum.
