So I still won't get to see the glorius S40's at Silverstone! The more burning question, though, is are Volvo entering the last few rounds of this year's BTCC with their new car and Rickard Rydell?

Why have they not put Rydell in the ETCC or STCC. Is it because he'll just be too busy testing the the Volvo ? and racing it in the BTCC.

There is still no word if they will race the last couple of races in the BTCC, its same as before, they might...
Concerning Rydell, he is hired now by Volvo AND Prodrive. Not by Flash Engineering and he will only concentrate on testing out the new racecar this summer, starting in July. |

Looks as stunning as the S40, if not better! Add that into the last few BTCC rounds, plus the Astra's, Pug's, IS200's, X20's and Alfa's, and we've easily got the most 'beautiful' Touring Car Championship in the world, as well as the best!

I guess I can assume that S60 STCC pic is not an official release but just an artist's rendition of what a ST or BTC S60 would look like?
Personally, I think the rear side and side corner view of the S60 looks the best. I still learning to try and accept the front view of the car. |

It is in fact a computer mock-up, made from a standard Volvo S60. Looks great though doesn't it?
