Bayfront Park
Why was the track changed after just one race there? It's also much shorter now, how about combining the two parts of the track at each end- the one that was removed and the one that was added?

Yes, the track was changed after just one race, and is a little short. But I think it would cause too much disruption to the city if you used a longer version as you suggest.
