It's Opening Day !!!
First session and first time for Scott Sharp 39,3 secs 228,7 mph.
Good day for Arie, he's 6th. Poor day for Boat and Fisher  Fastest time is still the 96 pole position of Luyendik 233,7mph. Last year Junqueira 231mph. Does someone remenber the first time of the first session of last year ? Must be quicker this year

Takagi and Wheldon had the 3rd and 4th best times respectively. Toyota looks fast. Wonder if chevy will break into the first three rows this year?

I wouldn't say Boat had a bad day, ran without a problem all day, first time out in the car, i'm sure he's just taking it steady. Sarah however had an engine blow up after a handfull of laps, don't know if she got back out.

Sarah's engine didn't actually blow...an oil fitting came loose. She did get back out, but then the rains came.

Tora the tiger turned in the fast lap yesterday. Toyota looks to have the horsepower so far.
