Has Porsche finally gotten tired of being kicked around by the Vipers and Vettes?

The link below is to a press release by porsche concerning the new Carrera GT. I think I see a potential Viper/Vette crusher in the making.

Notice it bears a naturally aspirated V10 powerplant as the current LeMans rules do not favorf turbocharged engines. Ont op of all that it looks stunning as well.

Beautiful car. I hope they start building them.

If Porsche gets involved, and the factory Corvette team is in, if the factory ORECA team comes back to the Viper, we could see a great battle in future ALMS and Le Mans races.
