I just read where Ted Musgrave has been hired on to be Kenny Irwin's replacement for the rest of the season. Out of respect for Kenny, Felix Sabates will change the number of the car from #42 to #01.

I think the two races is so that Ganassi can hire whichever best hired-gun road course veteran is available for the Glen, then he'll go back to Teddy or another driver currently rideless(cope, stricklin, etc)

Well, we it probably won't be Fellows in the car at the Glen because I think he is going to drive a Nemecheck car again. Could it be Butch Leitzenger (sp?)?

Yes, Fellows and also Boris said are out, they alreadyb have rides. Leitzinger might be the best driver(very impressive in bgn), but you'll also have Simo, PJ Jones (bgn off week), and Lazarro available. Richie Hearn and Bryan Herta have been looking around the Nascar paddocks, and what better way to get a feel for the cars then in a one-off where they are at least familiar with the type of raicng going on. Plus, each knows Chip form CART, Bryan even being a former Ganassi driver. And although he hasn't raced in the states since God knows when, you can never discount Tommy Kendall popping up. I am anxiously awaiting the announcement of who gets the ride, should be good

Forgot to mention David Murry, Jayski had a story about him a few days back, he is actively patrolling the garages looking for a ride at WGI
