Ben Hanley driver RDD 2006 !!!

after signature with Cram for World Series, www.stopandgo.tv wrote that Ben Hanley will be official Renault Driver Develompment this year.
So he don't under contract with Nicolas Todt, like newspaper wrote last year ... It's good for him, under Briatore's hands ?????

Lopez, di Grassi, Hanley, Grosjean. Shrunk the line up, and more shake outs as usual. Lopez must be on his last life, though.

I have heard a lot about Mr. Hanley, but I am puzzled by this, as it appears that he has not actually won anything in cars?

in which his hand slipped off a handbrake he wasn't used to? that'd be a bit silly to decide it on something like that.

Apparently both Red Bull and RDD were interested in him, so I guess there is more to him than results may suggest. Besides, the guy was in his first year out of karts and he raced in Italian F. Renault, hardly the place for a rookie to win.

Did he compete in some British Renault races last year?

I think Hanley is a potential superstar... to be 2nd in Italian Formula Renault (4 wins) in your first season of car racing is something special IMO. He also impressed me greatly when I saw him racing at the Donington Eurocup round.

You may well be right, I'd read that also. But his website shows four 1st places in Italian FRenault, and the season results table I have (if I'm figuring out the scoring system properly) seems to show four wins from 17 races??
