Marshals halt Santas deliveries

Santa was trying to make his deliveries but found himself stopped by several marshals.

Sheila M refused to let Santa out of the pit lane as he had no scrutineering label and his head was above the roll hoop.

Jim W was running air traffic control and refused Santa permission to land.

Observer reported Santas reindeer for loosing fluid.

Stephen Green thought Santa was another track invader and brought him down with a rugby tackle.

Roys1 would not start Santa as he said he had found a claus in the blue book which said santa must reveal his radio frequency.

johnw said Santa must wave at the marshals during his deliveries or next year he must have a sad git sunstrip on his sleigh.

To many marshals to name said anamals were not permitted at the racetracks.

In Santas defence he said he was only trying to deliver presents for the marshals these being:

New turbo broomsticks for Sheila M and Fay.

A years subscription to Sunday Sport for crazystu, dave t and blackx.

Yet another new aeriel for Julian.

New cuddly toys for the cuddly toy brigade.

Overalls kindly donated by Jensen.

Wising you all a Happy Christmas see you around the circuits next season

Upon further observations, I saw Roys1 holding the RED NOSES ON board up for all participating reindeer.....there was no roll bar on santa's sleigh......Santa was asked by Sheila to come off the pit wall unless he took his jacket off......Brickkicker said that santa's sleigh failed the ride-height measurements and was refused a scrute ticket......Stone Kicker convinced Mr Clause that his sleigh was in fact a Jaguar and was eligible to run with the JCC!

I assume not all deer had there RED NOSES ON as asked by roys1 and the offending deer were black flagged.

Santa's sleigh should be able to run without a roll bar as it is a vintage vehicle being a few hundred years old by now.

Hope Sheila asked Mrs Claus to help out in the pitlane after the deer had left.

Just in from New Zealand, where Christmas comes early:

'Santa's sleigh was seen to be dropping fluid. Scrutineers were alerted & took a look as the sleigh passed them; they reported that they could see nothing wrong. One of Santa's pit crew said that one of the reindeer may have been overfilled.'

It's also reported that Ferrari have lodged a protest against the width of the reindeers' shoes.

Last part of that report must be inaccurate. Santa gives things away for free and is nice to children. Obviously a club racer, and nothing to do with F1.

It was also noted in Pokeyhokeykokey (or wherever Woolley is of to ) that it was the first time a driver was seen to "throw his teddy out" with a smile on his face.

They were aided by McLaren also protesting the carbon-fibre antlers on two of the reindeer.

Yes, but can we push it to restart if it's not in a dangerous position?

Does it get more dangerous than on the roof next to the chimney. At least it's downhill. And Santa, belts done up and helmet on before you restart, please.
