Slightly off topic, I know, but hoping someone can assist.
I have received an email from someone in Denmark who is trying to locate parts from the Volvo Wagons that George Shepheard and team raced in ST's a few years ago. This is the gist of what Pedar is after: <B>I am searching for a set of wheels, these 18" wheels with center hub that where used, they where not so nice because they got very fast damaged. I heard that several of these was left in Australia! is this right? Would it be possible to locate a set of 4 in Australia for me? or please can you give me any suggestion where to search.</B> If anyone can assist or knows someone that can, could they contact me either through here or through racetime@racetime.com.au |

I have no idea about locating parts ...but wasnt the Volvo just the best sounding super tourer ever ???
Loved it and loved the wagon (why the heck do they call it an estate) sweet sounding as it was heading towards you and then after it had gone past ..the growl of the exhaust ...loved it
