This is one of those weekends that make you glad you follow F1. Isn't it?

I couldn't have asked for more.

Cheers,

It's times like these that I feel incredible pride about having been a fan of Ralf right from the start!, when everyone said he would amount to nothing, but I always had faith in him. Where are all the doubters now, huh?.

Well, Montreal will go down as the Shu show and congrats to ralfie on beating his older brother.Having beaten my older bro on the track ( gokarts, nothin' too special!), I know how sweet this victory nust be for ralfie. And how do you reckon dad must be feeling at the moment. He might even laugh a few times. Iknow, big ask for a German as they live in the land of no humour but if nothing else, I'm sure Dady Shu had a little chuckle when Rubino and JPM left the track!

It's rare indeed that Michael is completely outclassed, and Ralf did that brilliantly today.

Future WDC, Hmmm, would'nt that be nice. And the Schumacher dominence continues for another decade

Right here...still celebrating!

What a way for Williams to beat the unreliability demons that have plagued them since Imola...really classy drive from Ralf.

Now that over-hyped Colombian big-mouth, on the other hand...

This is great isn't it??

Ralf gets his second! Count them, one, two, GP win in five years and there are halfabloodydozen "Ralf please have my baby" threads in the F1 Forum.

Well people, Cora beat you to it.

Raoul,

He is still useless. By your own admission you have wasted four years of your life is you have followed Ralf from the beginning.

Valve,

I shall await the pies. Make them cream so I can throw a few around.

Never saw any comments like this six years ago when Ralf arrived on the scene. Goes to show that the passage of time improves everything.

More than a lot of the guys out there have...I mean, Rubens Barrichello?!? What's he all about? One measly victory in seven and a half years?!?

Blackjack21...let's not go overboard here. Ralf didn't quite arrive 6 years ago! We're talking his fifth season here...

Why is it when DC couldn't pass at MONACO he is not fit for F1, but when Ralf can't pass a car 2 seconds slower (+ slipstream effect) at Canada, he is still seen as a miracle man?

Moffat, you stubborn old coot. It was a joyful day and you should have seen the stands erupt with cheers as the little boy took the lead. He drove a faultless race-and I had a terrific time watching your favorite driver, RALF win in Montreal.

Perhaps if you read teh post race conference and press conference, you would understand, as this was discussed in some detail. Ralf's job was to win the GP and not go pushing past TGF in which case both cars might have ended off hte track. Just read what Frank Williams and Patrick Head have to say about Ralf's great drive, not what that nitwit AMoffat says.
