Kent Valve Clearences?

What's the easiest way to rotate the engine when doing this? It's very hard to get someing on the nose of the crank in my car...

Rocker clearances

The other way to is to put the car in top gear and rock the car back and forth to get the engine where you want it, easier though with plugs out!

4th gear with plugs out worked great!
