Mark C. Barton should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Brabham BT38s Nos 37 and 38

Does anyone have any knowledge of these two cars?
Believe they were run by David Proctor but know little else about them. Current owner is David Wenman but he has agreed to let me run them next year.
They have been mothballed for several years and one seems to have an engine problem (stuck valve?) but chassis 38 was on a rolling road on Wednesday and we think we have an entry for Oulton Park on Monday 25th
I have little experience of single seaters so am looking forward to learning.
PS. Is there another Mark Barton out there?

I can't help you with the history of the cars, but I have created a Word document of the factory setup sheets for the BT38. Email me on alan.morgan6@btinternet.com if you would like a copy.

As an aside, although I don't have any information about individual chassis, as far as I know, there were only a total of 35 BT38's built - thats 16 F2's (BT38) 5 FB's (BT38B) and 14 F3's (BT38C) I wonder how they arrived at the chassis numbers?
