Exhaust Manifold Flanges

Chaps,

I am getting some exhaust manifold flanges laser cut . . . there seems to be a discount for volume. Anyone interested? What thickness? They will need to be bored out to the correct ID but will be profiled externally and have the holes in for the bolts . . . also bored out (cut on the ID but undersize so as to give people the option on how they join their primaries). Not sure of price yet probably about £15. Would be weldable mild steel.

Jon

I would buy a set maybe two, if they were stainless.

If there is interest in stainless then I can look into that as well . . . I was going to mild under advice from my exhaust system manufacturer who said that mild would last longer as the heat cycling can fatigue the stainless quicker. Granted stainless looks better but a tin of HT Paint works okay.
