2017 TCR national series
2017 Schedule TCR Benelux
22-23 April – Circuit Zolder
3-4 June – Circuit de Spa Francorchamps
15-16 July – Circuit Zolder
19-20 August – Circuit Park Zandvoort (TBC)
23-24 September – Circuit Jules Tacheny de Mettet
21-22 October – TT Circuit Assen

So no longer event at Colmar-Berg (Lux) and 1 less event in Netherlands.

Hopefully there will be some Dutch entries next season. So far disapointing interest from Dutch drivers and importers.

Some say one of the drivers Russian Circuit Racing Series is going to buy Audi RS3 for the TCR Russia 2017.

It's a long time ago France had a good touring car series.

Hopefully Renault will join TCR with the Megane.
And if VAG can have 3 brands involved why can't Peugeot and Citroen?

There's already a nationally homologated Citroen C3 Max in TCR Italy, so shouldn't be too much work from that.

Hopefully Kronos can keep focus on the Benelux though. I'd be worried that they'd include a race in France that the Benelux series really doesn't need. It'd really only be extra distance to drive for the teams. It depends of course on the way in which the championship develops, if we see more rounds it might make sense, but that's not what we'll see by 2018.

Anyway, France could use a good touring car championship. It's been sort of a hole in the European touring car market for so long and just as much one in the TCR market now.

The C3 Max is no longer eligible, it ran the last 3 (I think) races in the TCT category.

Press Officer Lukoil Racing said that they expect to RCRS (TCR Russia) 16-17 cars in Touring.
But along with TCR in the Touring class in Russia allowed the old cars TC2 / TC2T / LeonCup.
In 2016 in TCR Russia was only 8 cars.

Aug 6th – Zhejiang International Circuit (with TCR Asia)
Sept 3rd – Shanghai International Circuit (with TCR Asia)

Nov 19th – Circuito da Guia, Macau – Non-championship event
Dec 31st – Guangdong International Circuit
