I posted this article on the "Rider killed" thread. I thought I'd post it here too, since it's in the same article.

Weekend marred

The weekend was marred by the death of a 21-year-old
Australian rider in a support race on Saturday. Clint Farr, from Victoria, was airlifted from the track after the accident on Saturday but died in hospital.
Then in Sunday's 500 race Spain's Jose Luis Cardoso was involved in a pit-lane accident involving a mechanic. Both Cardoso and the mechanic were put in neck braces and taken away by ambulances.

cardoso couldnt have been to bad, sure he had a neck brace on, but he was standing on his feet .... as for the mechanic, hope he is ok

cardoso is would have to be the worse rider in the 500 class
he is so headed for the door next year!!

That said I would never want to see him get hurt. It looks like he came off the best and that poor Tech3 guy looked pretty serious, fingers crossed and everything.
