BMMC & MSA Registration
I have never registered with either of these organisations previously even though I have bene marshalling for the last 4 seasons.
When filling out the MSA form under section 3, which should I tick as I don't see myself as a trainee marshal anymore. Or because this is my first time of registering, do I need to go down as a trainee marshal? Any advice would be gratefully recieved. |

If you haven't been through the grading process & qualified for a higher grade, you are, by default, a trainee.

Claire, fill in the experience form and take them both with you to Shelsley, talk to Chris and he should be able to sort it that you are graded appropriately, when the speed grades came out last? year, we filled ours in and our Chief Marshal sent them in together with a covering letter and we were all graded as to our experience, mine came back Experienced Marshal(Speed), I would be very surprised if yours wasn't the same.

We were just talking about this actually today and how a trip up north was in order. I shall see what he says.
I will do that, take it to Chris and see what he says. |

Claire, to register with the BMMC you have to be a member. Good luck with your grading issue.
