RVSC24 R08 NED Tasmania Supersprint
Mr Mostert to win?
Will 888 find their dominating mojo? Will DJR find speed two weekends in a row? Who will get unloaded at the hairpin..? How many times will they replay Skaife v’s AJ with all the swear words? |

I'd say it's going to be 888's return, perhaps even sweeping the whole round. If Mostert's able to be on the podium or win perhaps, then I can see him in the title fight until the end. If he's again marred by WAU's swinging form and finishes somewhere around 6th-8th place, then I'd lose faith in the Mostert-WAU combination being able to win with 888 in the long game.

Camaros dominating practice, better drive out of the hairpin I suspect.

Rain forecast for Saturday, so that could make qualifying interesting, along with a wet race.
Sunday is looking fine at this stage, but a little bit chilly! |

There must be sheep stations up for grabs for the Saturday practice session.
Car stopped across the circuit, double waved yellow flags and drivers barely backing off..... |

Just looking at P1 and P2 times it must have been a wet track for P2.

Could get a little interesting for the race, if the southerly winds kicks in, with gusts up to 30 kts forecast.
Turn 6 might be interesting. |

Vallelunga kerbs… did anyone have this on their bingo cards?
Surely they can find new language to use at each event? |

Well done to MSR & Mr Percat.
Based on the last 2 years, it wouldn’t be hard to think Mr Percat was finished. His non-love for WAU is definitely clear While MSR does well on what seems likely to be a fraction of the budget. A new car for Sandown will be interesting to see too. Maybe he won’t want to swap. |

Nice result for Percat and MSR.
Reasonable recovery by Mr Brown, hopefully better qualifying result for Sunday. Mr Mostert a good result as well. DJR might have to give church a miss Sunday and pray for a better qualifying result! |

The snow on Ben Lomond should make for some nice atmospheric shots for TV, and the punters on the hill should boost coffee sales for the stall holders.
Can Mr Percat get it done again today? |

Some pretty ordinary pit control today.. the Mr Kostecki crash into Mr Winterbottom was not a good look..
Wonder if the revised pit garage positioning had an impact to this? If Erebus had remained in 1-2, they would intuitively know the Team 18 car was pitting behind them… while when the garages changes every event, it’s possible to have been distracted and the error ensues.. |
