Luke Souch should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
BRSCC Championship Finals, Donington, 20th/21st October 2012

Looks like it'll be a decent event. Held on the Donington National circuit this event hosts the BRSCC championship Finals with the Alfashop Alfa Romeo Championship, Arrowpak Euro Saloons & Sports Car Championship, BRSCC Formula Jedi Championship, BRSCC Mighty Minis Championship, BRSCC OSS Championship, Logson Group Porsche Championship, BRSCC Super Mighty Minis Championship and the Caterham Autumn Trophy. Along with this the British Superkart RC Club Championship and Honda VTEC Challenge both show a guest appearance. See here for the timetable: http://brscc.co.uk/assets/timetable-...---issue-1.pdf. A late finish Saturday but worth it for some good old club racing! And Mini's in the dark?! That'll be fun!

That's the start of half term for us, so this one's off limits for me. See you at the Britcar instead!

I shall be there on Sunday - We have about 25 New Marshals on a Taster Day so I'm hoping everyone will make them as welcome as they always do

I shall be in the Pit Lane in the afternoon and yes there will be cake!

Be sure to bring them up to the assembly area - they're more than welcome! It'll be on the loop part of the circuit.

I second that, brilliant work from race control to get every race in and turn a 4 hour delay into just 25min late finish!!

A very good weekend on Post 6. Thought the night racing could have been better but a good, unique atmosphere on post in the dark. Two very second hand Eurosaloons was a sad sight to see, as had the makings of another good race. Matt got to wave all his flags and the 3 newbies appeared to have had a good day. That's it for me now for 2012...........

The Falcon at post 6 was the same car that span at Coppice whilst we were leading them around on the first pace lap. Caused chaos with half the field stopping to avoid him. This is why there ended up being two pace laps, so the field could catch us up again.

I also hope the Karting driver is OK too, it looked like a nasty shunt as did the Mini at Fogarty Esses. Nina and I send our best wishes to all the drivers at these incidents - never ever nice to see.

Yes - very well done to the organisers for turning a fog bound disaster in to a full programme where every series got their races.

News on the kart driver is that he was out of hospital last night. Just bruised and sore.

Thanks to all the marshals and race control couldn't believe they got all the racing in when it was thick fog up to half 12. Watching the night racing in the mini's was great as I've never seen it before.

Thats great news on the kart driver! I was on 12 where it happened, didnt say anything early as did not feel it was my place to comment on his condition when he was still track side

Well after a few weeks I've now built up the courage to post these photo's of our fun in the fog on the Sunday. To get rid of some time I tried to teach Nina some maths (which she struggle with ) and in return she attempted to teach me ballroom dancing. Now - anyone should know that trying to teach a practitioner of karate will result in only one thing... this!
and this was the finishing pose...
