kmchow should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Camel+DTM+Bernd Schneider?

Just another major challenge/trivia? Did Camel (cigarettes) ever sponsor a DTM C Class with Bernd Schneider at the wheel? Was this just a one off race? Thanks ahead.

The reason I ask is that I saw a model a black DTM C-class with Camel logos. However, there is no race or official numbers or ID on it? So I was wondering if this was a real race car or just some fantasy racecar.

Hi!
The black Camel car must have been a fantasy car. Bernd Schneider did never drive a Camel sponsored car in the DTM anyways. Since Germany has a very restrictive tobacco law no teams are allowed to put cigarette brands on their cars. There actually was a car with sponsorship from "East" (that's West) in 1991, driven by Ellen Lohr and Kurt Thiim. But Camel never sponsored a DTM campaign.
There actually was a Mercedes 190E DTM-car with Camel badges on it. It was raced by Roland Asch and (as far as I know) Sarel van der Merwe at an invitational event the DTM held in South Africa in late 1991.
But that Merc was yellow, not black...
Hope that helps!
