BMMC Repatriation Insurance

For those of us who venture overseas, have you ever thought about the costs of getting home if you had an accident?

If you were going to Long Beach, it could cost you £35,000!

So, if you don't know, BMMC offer their members an insurance policy that will cover these costs for £10 per person per year. Its not even worth debating whether to have it or not!

Here endeth my public service announcement.

Renewed mine in December for 2016 as i have 3 overseas marshalling trips planned (Dubai, Nurburgring and Bathurst) At £10 for 12 months annual cover (the policy runs from 01 Jan to 31 Dec) its a small price to pay for piece of mind.

If you are a BMMC member you'll need to log into the BMMC website at www.marshals.co.uk

Remember that the Repatriation insurance policy IS NOT a travel insurance policy. It should be taken out in addition to a travel insurance policy.

Did mine last year by bank transfer. No need for a cheque. Very easy.

Renewed again today by BACS. It's a no-brainer not to do it

@Mark. So you just did it from your bank? I can't find a payment form on the web site, just The National Treasurer's comment he needs a cheque! Don't have cheques any more!!
