This is more about next year than this, but anyway:

With more and more national TCR-series coming, should they make Macau an all-comers race like in the 1990s or keep it a part of the international series?
What would you guys prefer?

It can be both. Official round of the international series but one off entries are welcome.

I would rather see a 2nd qualifying session for race 2. Or 2nd best time in qualifying sets grid for race 2.

If you have a dnf in race 1 there's almost zero chance of good result in race 2.

Macau is pretty insane anyway, but how many cars can you have on the grid before things become completely bonkers? With around 25 regular entries expected in the International Series for next year, there might not be a lot of room for one/offs...

2nd qualifying session will be good, but i think there are no time.
There are Formula 3, GT World Cup, TCR, Motorcycle Grand Prix, CTM Touring Cup, Road Sport Challenge, Lotus Celebrity Race and Chinese Racing Cup. I don't know any other race that have more crowded schedule.

Rob Huff secured pole position on his début in the TCR International Series, beating team-mate Kevin Gleason to pole position around the Circuito da Guia in Macau.

Someone needs to tell Rob Huff to slow down. 9 drivers outside 107% of his time, that's a third of the field!

I can't say it suprises me. 1.6 seconds on a 2,5 minute lap is what you can expect from a driver as fast and experienced as Huff. Don't forget he's one of the most experienced Macau-drivers in the touring car world right now.

And three of them haven't been allowed to start.

The overall quality of drivers in SE Asia has never really been very high.

This was a really tough battle between Comini and Oriola. Sometimes the Guia races tend to be dull but this one certainly wasn't. Loved the onboards in turn 2 as well.

Overall I really enjoyed this season. The racing was hard, there are some great touring car characters in this league and it's a true battle of the private teams with the occasional budget and technical issues. It felt really oldschool. Next year I will visit the Oschersleben event for sure.

Someone is a racist. Also, only one of these drivers is from SEA. Guess you're a bigot as well.

Especially when there is not an abundance of high quality drivers from Asia in general when compared to Europe, North America and South America. There are obvious geopolitical reasons behind this, nothing racist. In 20 years there will be at least 5 Asian drivers in F1 and they'll all be handy.
