oulton park 9th april
a big thanks to all the drivers who braved the rain to come out and entertain us on saturday.although the weather was naff we did see some good racing(at druids anyway),and we had more than our fair share of spinners.however the real entertainment came from the 2cv drivers who displayed everything from spins to paint swapping to gravel hopping, and somebody even had a puncture and a spin just for good measure.thanks again guys, and please feel free to bring the rain with you next time you visit oulton park.

We had a giggle in the pit lane as we had 3 CV's in with ripped tyres. I have often had them coming in for driver changes but this was the first time I had any in for wheel changes!

you must have been in the bog when the 2cv race was on mark, but we enjoyed it anyway,as i am sure you did secretly.there's nothing wrong in admitting you enjoyed a 2cv race.

OK! Yes Andy the 2CV race was good as always, so was the Legends Final but the weather did play a big part I think. |

I agree with Mark - the weather did spoil things for both drivers and marshals. However, the ongoing competition for the weirdest line through Cascades continued, with some of the Fiats entering the Hall of Fame!!
