Anyone know if there is a for sale / wanted section anywhere in ten-tenths?

I would say it depends what you are selling wanting to buy. There are offers for example for marshals to get discounts on items for their hobby and I think your allowed to sell or link to adverts for your car or stuff on the relevant race series forums if your doing it privately but I don't think there is a sell/buy/classifieds section.

I'm looking for a garage for rent to store my Subaru as I can't afford to use as an every day car any more, keeping hold of it as I'm hoping to use as a sprint / Hill climb car in the future, but want to lock up off road in the mean time.
