11th team travel benefits
Does the team that comes last still receive travel benefits if it scores more than a point?

The way I understand it, the team that is classified 11th does'nt get any travel benefits, regardless of points.
Does that mean Minardi get travel this year and not Prost, and what happens when Toyota join, will it be the 12th team or 11th & 12th. Can someone clarify this? |

In that case I think it's only the top ten teams that get benefit.

If Minardi finish 11th this year they won also "travel benefits". His team owner also owns an airline! He can travel his cars with discounts and benefits to his team.

I think for almost 99% that every team recieved benefits if they score 1 point on the whole year and that benefit is almost 12-15 milion $

The point about Paul's airlines is a good one - Minardi as a team don't lose much money through transport as Paul uses his airline to take them everywhere.

My view is that travel money should be spread evenly between all the tams that make the grid for 9 tenths of the year. Let me explain - if a team only shows up for one or two races, they don't get paid. But if teams like Minardi qualify for every race, they should be paid equal money.
