PabloTeK should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Britcar/BRSCC Rockingham

So who's up for this, seems to be a rather busy weekend with as far as I can work out:

Saturday (From Rockingham)
Britcar GT
Britcar Production
Britsport
Pickup Trucks
Formula Palmer Audi

Sunday/Monday (From BRSCC Timetable)
Cannons Motor Spares Tin Tops & Tiger Racing Series
Porsche Championship
Formula 3 Series
Sports 2000 Duratec Championship
Itchy Feet OSS Championship
Mighty Mini Championship
Super Mighty Mini Championship
Dunlop TVR Challenge
Ma5da MX5 Championship
Euro Saloon & Sports Car Championship

Might have missed one or two and repeated them, but it should be an action-filled weekend!

I'm there for the Saturday. Bit of conflicting information on the Britcar website, compared to the Rockingham one. Timetable here http://www.britcar24hr.co.uk/cms/e10..._-_Issue_1.pdf

But info on the events page suggests 2 hour races for both Production & GT classes http://britcar24hr.co.uk/cms/e107_pl...php?content.61

I'm guessing the 2 run together? No mention of Britsports at all though.

An update after the weekend, suffice to say it was fantastic! The weather could have been much better on Friday & Saturday mind, the random rain/hail showers meant I had to be permanently ensconced in my waterproofs...

The Ma5da's were absolutely mental thanks to the enormous entry list (4 groups!) and the Britcar was unpredictable, still no idea who won!

The #1 Ferarri! Should have been the #12 Ferarri until it lost a wheel nut at pit exit.

Had a good if chaotic couple of days in the pits. Don't think ive ran in that pitlane as much since my 1st meeting at Rockingham 4 yrs ago lol.

There's one thing that i've learnt from this weekend is that no matter if you have an arrow and a line of cones, minis will still go the wrong way down the pitlane and i have to agree with something that one of the teams said during quali, that they're like lemmings.

Just to add my thanks to everyone who helped out over the weekend.

As usual, being a bit short handed, everyone chipped in with jobs they weren’t always used to.

Many thanks from the BRSCC Midland Centre.

Many thanks as always to you chaps (and chapesses) for your sterling work in all weathers over the weekend.

I am no longer driving 'Tuscan 6', and should really rename myself 'Sagaris 110'. My apologies for disrupting the TVR qualify session and troubling those on post 19 - tyring too hard too early. My crew decided I was having a blonde day!

Fortunately normal hair colour (and track behaviour) returned on Monday.

Thanks again, you guys are hugely appreciated

Andy

I'm echoing previous writer, thanks to all involved, it was hell inside a britcar, god knows what it was like outside.

Thanks all

Glad I could be of assistance, and glad we managed to sort you out without damaging the splitter

all credit to my team mate dom, his first full year racing and that was slung at him, he wanted wets and team said no, big balls to carry on on slicks.
He is now a fully tested endurance racer

Thanks Linda - I think it was the right decision to tow it off forwards. Of course it would have been an even better decision not to park it there in the first place!!

And sorry for being a bit precious about turning the car around - I'm paranoid about burning out the tiny little clutch the car has on such a whacking great engine - in retrospect it wasn't an issue!

Thanks again!
