2004 Rule Changes
Does anyone know a site where the Le Mans rules changes for 2004 are listed?

As far as I know they haven't been published yet. I'm sure the official ACO site and probably the FIA will post them as soon as they're out,

They're still discussing them aren't they?
Last time I heard it looked a sthough a 3.5 litre format would be introduced, I think that there should be more freedom in design, or even better Group C rules!!! |

The '04 rules are still being discussed, certainly nothing is concrete. Regarding the 3.5 liter format: From what I've heard, that is something being pushed by Ferrari and Ferrari only. Might I suggest that Ferrari has too many 3.5 liter engines left over from F1? Definitely an awful idea, as we've been there, done that.
