Have a Great Time!
As a host of the Sportscar/GT Racing forum, in the knowledge that some of those heading to Le Mans from seriously far-flung places will either have left already or will be about to start their journeys, may I send every Le Mans pilgrim my two-fold best wishes for a fantastic week-end (if your lucky) or week (if you're very lucky). So best wishes on behalf of Ten-Tenths, together with my own personal best wishes.
I'm really looking forward to bumping in to some (preferably many) of you during the race week-end. So, make sure you plaster on that sun-cream and prepare those knobbly white knees for their annual exposure to the blistering French sunshine (please, please oh Lord!) and enjoy. P.S. And for those who can't make it this year, make sure you organise your diaries better in 2003!! |

Wahey! Just getting ready now! Really excited - especially as I didn't expect to be going! Thanks Tim
Hopefully see you there folks! If you see a fat git walking round with a 10 Tenths logo on his shirt/jacket come and say hi! |

I'll have a blue Fortis rain jacket and a grey parapluis (Is that correct, Fab ? I'm just trying to remember. We're invited to France. Last year it was still enough for a half an hour chat in French with a local guy. I hope he will be at Mulsanne on sunday morning).

Rain-jackets?
Parapluis? Coats? The weather pessimism has really got to everyone, hasn't it!! Oh, well, bright yellow coat and floppy canvas kind of hat for me. (Works for sun and rain!). If it's anything like last year (please - no!), the t-shirt will be buried under several layers of clothing again and I'll be wandering around totally anonymously for the second year running......... |

Ayse, it'll be ok, trust me. I'll do a rain dance in Frankfurt and one in Aachen just to back up and there won't be much left at LM, hopefully. Still, I'll pack showerstuff and sungel, and beer of course. We'll need that any way.

I also think that the link on the RLM site is wrong, becasue when you click on it say's that the link is a dead one, so try this one instead http://playlist.yahoo.com/makeplayli...&segment=76757

Actually, if you'd asked me to write out parasol 100 times, I might well have done it! But then again, it's the same in French as in English!! |
