You've got:
600 race
(Kevin Schwantz,Steve Webster,Kevin Carmichael)
Superstock
SUPERBIKES
Supersport
National 125cc
Junior Superstock
Sports production

You'll love it,it's nothing like watching it on T.V.It's fantastic, the atmosphere, leathers, bikes, sounds etc.Lets hope the weather is ok!!!

One tip, have a good walk around the track and pick out a few places you'd think are good to see the action.(So get there early so U have the time)

Thanks calcium.

Been to Knockhill a few times already this year anyway(have a season ticket ), I'm pretty certain I'll just stand after the corner after Duffus Dip if you know where I mean. That way I can see them coming down Duffus, right until they're over the chicane. Which I imagine will be quite interesting.

I saw the races on Eurosport from Knockhill last year and it looked packed! Turned out there were 20,000 people there, looked much more.

I'd suggest you try a Travelodge, though they may be slightly dearer. Also, maybe Knockhill circuit could help you out.

Good to hear you are falling in love with bikes. I asume you are a Touring car fan????? I used to be too,in the Rydell,Tarquini and Clelland days but I've moved onto better things ( BIKES!!!!) Yes I was at the hairpin and saw it all (hopefully got a photo of it too)

I'm two timing bikes though.. Still can't beat a good bit of panel bashing.

Now I'm tempted to buy a bike for the road when I can!!(maybe even race them )

Well it was (and still is so far) my plan to race XR2's by about 2004 when I can safely drive and afford it ! But looking at some race bikes for sale at Knockhill on Sunday it'd probably be cheaper to race a bike though it'd be more dangerous!

You'd be surprised just how old some racers are. A lot of people start racing bikes in their late thirties.

Well I'm not in my thirties yet!!!!! but if I was to race I'd have to win and to do that you need experience, I'd just get my a*se kicked by all these younguns that have been racing before they were on solids !!!!
