BATHURST 24 hour [Australia]
To look at some interesting australian GT racing go to www.procar.com.au and then go to Nations Cup.
Also those guys at PROCAR are organizing a 24 hour race at one of the world,s great icon tracks BATHURST on 16th and 17th NOVEMBER 2002. No prototypes[production based] The outright class is for FIA N GT, Australian Nations Cup,British GTO,Lamborghini Supercup and All Japan GT 300. Hum, the weekend before korean F3, It is still my one unfullfilled ambition to marshal at Bathhurst, and will get there one year soon I promise.

Looks like the bathurst 24 hour is goung to be covered live by channel 7 in australia.
At the press launch in Sydney the other day. brian lawrence the event manager read out the names of about 12 british Teams that were coming. A few Porsche GT3 RS,s amongst them.he also hinted that the race might be covered live in UK and Asia. www.bathurst24hr.com is covering all the news on this event. |

This looks like a cracker, it could easily become the worlds 2nd best race and if it turns out as good as it looks then I will be there one day - but not this year.
