Network Q Rally November 2002
Views please.
Interested in advice from punters who have been to previous GB rallies. Am bemused by ticketing for this years event in November. Is a ticket truely required for the forest stages? Surely this is public land. What's wrong with turning up, parking, walking to find a suitable viewing spot. Is the event policed that strictly that you can't get near the event stages? I can't think how it can be. Or is a ticket with guarenteed parking the best thing to do. I'd appreciate anybodies experience/views. Alex. |

The Forest stages are by and large on Forestry Commission land and therefore private land.
Have a look at the Spectator Restrictions thread for more details on the ticketing options and what you get. Presumably the Police are going to be unsympathetic to parking outside designated areas. Practically there's no way that the stage areas can be sealed off but it could well be better to go with the official options. |
