2003 Cars

I have heard that the 2003 spec IRL cars are going to be able to be fueled from both the right and left hand side, is this true? If it is, i guess we are going road racing, if not 2003 then 2004.

it may not be that the IRL are gonna hit the roads. it may mean that the cars will run the opposite way around the ovals, which would require the cars being fules from the either side.

Don't forget that the best road track in the USA is at Indy

The US has some cracking road circuits, if Cart dies then they will become more or less obsolete except for the odd ALMS race.
It's probably against IRL's manifesto to race on road circuits but I think they should at least have half a dozen on their calender.

I think they should go for 2 or 3 for now, but not overload it with road races. Watkins Glen is ISC owned isn't it?
