someone remind me nearer the day to pack my fire extinguisher to put out the ruddy BBQs set up on top of the bank. They were determined to smoke me out.

I'll be there whatever happens. Mondello, Brands (I hope) and Croft for thsi year as a fan first and formost. That is why I look after the site because I enjoy motorracing. :-) I will hopefully go to more races than that and alot more if TAK do run other than that to much analysis, sorry. When I know either way I'll post it on here and the offical site.

ARDMACHA should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
CROFT what a nightmare, I dread going there even though it is only once a year. Its always wet and cold and last year it was like a monsoon. And every year I say I am not coming back next year. The place is so unfriendly they wont let you camp at circiut yet they have fields that are big and empty. Its as though they dont want you there. And they charge more than anywhere else for admission. If places like snetterton, castle combe, brands, thruxton, donnington can let you turn up on a friday and camp for free all weekend then why wont they let you camp one night. I dont mind paying. It is the only circiut I go to that I cant camp and have to go to scotch corner. Do they let people camp there when the touring cars are there. I follow F3/GT all season, I like the circuit and veiwing, and I may say im not but I will be there again this year worst luck

I think ARDMACHA was talking about the F3/GTs meeting weather, as I remember it was a downpour!

Top tip for Croft if you are thinking of camping is forget the circuit campsite. Last year is was little more than a field with no water and a single chemical loo and they had the cheek to charge £5 for the priviledge. Head off to the other side of the A1, there's a number of proper campsites - hot showers, proper toilets, etc - which are not that much more expensive.

That's a fiver per PERSON per NIGHT, Redshoes, not per UNIT! We arrived on Friday night last year and left on Monday morning, stopping in York on the return journey. The campsite was fine - a really good atmosphere, and you can walk to the circuit too - if only it was a little cheaper it would be absolutely fine.

Oh, and we arrived in the paddock on Friday in what can only be described as a monsoon...

where does everyone choose to sit at Croft? or do most people wander round all day? I'm normally found at the chicane whenever i'm there, i've had a love for it ever since my first meeting there and some Tuscans had a big crash there

Iwas on about the F3/GT meetings at croft. But it just shows how different they can be with touring car meeting and F3. That is why I asked if at touring car meetings they allow camping. I am going to ring croft to demand camping for all
