Umberto Agnelli

This morning Umberto Agnelli, president of FIAT and ultimate owner of Ferrari passed away. He was 69.

Albeit having lived in the shadow of his elderly and more charismatic brother Giovanni, he haf taken over the leadership of the Group in a very delicate moment.

Let's face it - the Agnelli's are true superpowers of the motoring world.

The empire that they have built is truly amazing and the loss of Umberto will have wide, but perhaps subtle, impact on the FIAT Group.

Sayonara Umberto!
